You think the Court is qualified to decide when it's over? That's what they
did in Shelby. What makes them better able to judge that than Congress? Why should a group of unelected, serving for life judges make that decision? For that matter, what makes them better able to determine healthcare policy, particularly when they just made up out of whole cloth and argument that doesn't exist in OSHA law?
But please, continue with the smoke screen that these "conservatives" are simply calling balls and strikes or going back in a thoughtful manner to the "text" of the Constitution. That lie is played.
